Hiventy Africa, created in 2019, is the African branch of Hiventy Group, which was founded in 1984 in Paris, France. Hiventy Group provides audiovisual technical services in 4 main areas:

  • Localization
  • Post-production
  • Content delivery
  • Film restoration

Hiventy Africa handles coordination of high-end dubbing and subtitling works into more than 25 languages, while the group manages more than 50.  For our content localization services, we rely on our in-house dubbing studios and offices in France, Poland, Vietnam, Singapore, Kenya and Nigeria, highly selected partner dubbing studios all over the world and a large network of skilled and in-house trained translators and linguist specialists.

Among our recognitions: Official partner of the Cannes Film Festival, Netflix Preferred Partner and iTunes Preferred Encoding House.


Salary to be negotiated according to the experience
3-month probation period.

The Project Manager is in charge of coordinating dubbing & subtitling productions for film & TV content from our global and local clients.

Responsibilities include:

● Understand precisely clients’ needs and expectations and then define the scope of work
● Communicate on continuous basis with client, Report/Recap on weekly basis
● Communicate with the team to organize the workflow and the tasks
● Elaborate planning for client, production and technical team
● Forecast and dispatch the work
● Make the necessary planning re-arrangement throughout the production and update internally and externally
● Define the necessary resources and organize their working schedule
● Communicate with resources (SOW, deadlines, rate) and liaise with HR for contracts & admin
● Assign tasks to resources and follow-up
● Oversee the budget and ensure the production is within the budget
● Ensure that each production step is properly implemented
● Ensure that all deadlines are met
● Liaise and coordinate with partners, when applicable
● Report on the work completion to Finance & HR on monthly basis
● Do a final review before project is wrapped-up
● Keep record of each project and each client’s details

  • At least 2 years experience in project management / production management in TV / Radio / Media industry

Quality Control Supervisor (M/F)

Job description

Created in 1984, Hiventy offers a full range of technical services across the audio-visual and postproduction industries in France and abroad. Hiventy is also a member of the Netflix Preferred Partner Program (NP3) and performs Master QC for Netflix.

We are hiring a Quality Control Supervisor for our Netflix projects who can organize and ensure the quality control of audio and video content in conformity with Netflix standards.

Location: FranceBoulogne-Billancourt (92)

Contract type: occasional contract

Your missions:

● Take orders from Netflix and/or from account managers
● Analyze client requests and organize technical and human resources accordingly
● Coordinate a team of in-house and freelance technicians
● Monitor QC workflow through to delivery
● Review QC reports
● Provide technical support to the team as needed
● Monitor Netflix metrics and provide feedback and training to operators

Additional tasks:

● Perform QC as needed

Weekend availability may be required (once a month minimum).

Required skills

What we are looking for :

  • Proficiency in French and English languages
  • At least one previous technical work experience (in postproduction / video lab / studio / coordination)
  • Working knowledge of either IMF/DCP, Protools, Premiere, Transkoder or Resolve
  • Knowledge of digital audio and video file formats
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive mentality
  • Willingness to continue learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
