Professional equality index 2021

As part of the professional gender equality index*, Hiventy obtained a score of 78/100 for the year 2021.
This good result encourages us to continue our efforts in terms of professional equality.

This index is the result of 4 indicators: the pay gap between women and men, the difference in the distribution of individual increases, the number of employees who received a raise on their return from maternity leave and the distribution of women/men among 10 highest earners.
